Drink of the Month

August’s featured drink from the Overflowing Cup Coffeehouse is a Strawberry Mango smoothie. This drink is the perfect refresher for the late August days that summer clings to.

What you will need:

  • 8oz frozen strawberries
  • 8oz frozen mangos
  • 8oz apple juice (or to desired consistency)
  • Strawberry garnish (optional)

What you will do:

  1. Scoop 8oz strawberries and 8oz mangos into cup.IMG_6892 IMG_6894
  2. Pour 8oz apple juice over frozen mangos and strawberries.IMG_6897
  3. Empty cup into blender. Blend for 12 seconds.
    • If smoothie is too thick for your preference, add a splash of apple juice and blend again.IMG_6900
  4. Pour smoothie into 16oz cup.IMG_6905
  5. Optional: add strawberry garnish.IMG_6913
